Community Guidelines

Do:

• Use recent photos that accurately represent how you look today
• Provide truthful information about your age, location, and relationship status
• Be honest about your intentions and what you're looking for
• Complete identity verification to build trust
• Update your profile if your circumstances change

Don't:

• Use photos of other people or heavily filtered/edited images
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Misrepresent your identity, profession, or lifestyle
• Maintain multiple accounts
• Use the platform if you're not legally eligible (under 18)

Do:

• Communicate politely, even when declining interest
• Accept "no" gracefully and move on
• Respect others' time and boundaries
• Appreciate that everyone has different preferences
• Give thoughtful responses to messages

Don't:

• Send unsolicited explicit messages or photos
• Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone
• Use hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language
• Continue contacting someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop
• Shame or mock other users publicly or privately

Prohibited Activities:

• Soliciting or offering prostitution or escort services
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial support
• Promoting illegal substances or activities
• Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind
• Sharing copyrighted content without permission
• Using Gylde for commercial purposes or advertising
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or compromise the platform

Do:

• Keep personal information private until you've built trust
• Use our in-app messaging until you're comfortable sharing contact info
• Report anyone who asks for sensitive information inappropriately
• Respect that private photos require permission to view

Don't:

• Share screenshots or content from private conversations publicly
• Share other users' personal information without consent
• Record video or voice calls without permission
• Create content featuring other users without their consent

Profile Photos Must:

• Clearly show your face (at least one photo)
• Be appropriate for all audiences in public areas
• Be photos you have the right to use
• Not contain contact information or social media handles

Prohibited Content:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content in public profile areas
• Violence, gore, or graphic imagery
• Hateful symbols or imagery
• Images of minors (children should not appear in your photos)
• Weapons displayed prominently
• Spam, advertisements, or promotional content

info Private photos have more flexibility but still must not contain illegal content.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report users directly from their profile or conversation.

What Happens When You Report:

• Your report is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
• The reported user is not notified who made the report
• Appropriate action is taken based on the severity of the violation
• Repeated or serious violations result in permanent bans
